What’s New
My Lists is replacing Tagged Physicians. Although our pre-set tags were great, we wanted to ensure all RepSignal users could customize their lead and other targeting lists to be as unique as their company. So, we enabled completely customizable list creation with My Lists. On this new page, users can create physician or hospital lists, naming and describing them however they like. Then, across RepSignal, users can add physicians and hospitals to their lists to build out their targeting strategies and plans. Since two heads are always better than one, we also enabled list sharing - either with view or edit access. Edit access will allow collaborators to add and delete items on a list and share them with others, while View access will only allow users to see the items on a list. Users also have the ability to Export up to 50 physicians or hospitals within lists to csv files, enabling offline analysis of lists.
Note that RepSignal Signaled Physicians are still present in RepSignal - we turned this page into it’s own list within My Lists. Make sure to check out the physicians RepSignal recommends as targets.
User License Considerations: All users have the ability to create lists. Leader licenses can add physicians and hospitals across the entire US, while Non-Leader licenses will be limited to their assigned Territory or Region.
We expanded optimization settings and saving of outputs on Territory Optimizer. Starting with this release, users can run the Optimizer on a subset of their Procedure Sets or CPT codes associated with their selected Procedure Module. Additionally, users can add multiple territories at a time to their Manage Regions map - simplifying the process when looking to add the territories found through Optimizer.
Note: we also changed the look of the output table to enable more columns - make sure to scroll to the right to see all of the relevant procedure volumes you optimized on!
User License Considerations: Only Leader licenses have access to Territory Optimizer.
Bugs Fixed
You may have noticed our old maps allowed users to zoom anywhere across the globe. Since we only have US data, we limited this to only show North America.
